Group Tickets
Arrangements for groups of fifteen or more can be made by calling, faxing or emailing Nederlander Group Sales with the name of the show you wish to see, the performance you wish to attend, the desired price category, and the number of tickets you seek. Student Rush:
Student Rust is available on the day of the show at the Box Office only. Authorized Identification is required any you can purchase 2 tickets per I.D. The price of each ticket is $26.50.
Standing Room:
There is no Standing Room allowed for LEGALLY BLONDE.
Refund/Exchange Policy:
The Palace Theatre does not provide ticket refunds or exchanges.
Star Performer' Absenteeism:
Refunds are not granted in the event of cast replacements.
Dress Code:
There is no dress code at the theatre. For all performance, attire should be comfortable and appropriate for the occasion. The theatre is air conditioned during the summer months.
Policy for Children:
All persons entering the theatre, regardless of age, must have a ticket.
Late Seating Policy:
The seating procedure for latecomers varies by seat section. Generally speaking, late patrons are held at the back of the theatre and will be seated at the managements discretion.
Policy on Smoking:
Smoking is prohibited in the Palace Theatre.
Bar:
There are bars located on all levels of the theatre serving mixed drinks, sodas, and candy can be purchased. However, water is the only beverage that is permitted in the auditorium.
The bars begin serving patrons one hour before the performance begins.
Restrooms:
Male and female restrooms are located in the Basement, Front Mezzanine and Balcony levels of the theatre.
Cloakroom:
Cloakroom service is available to patrons during the winter months.
Concessions:
The producers of Lestat provide stations on the Orchestra and Mezzanine level where souvenirs can be purchased.
Policy for Physically Challenged:
$26.50 tickets are available for patrons who are physically disabled, hearing and visually impaired. As a courtesy, patrons are permitted to purchase one additional ticket at $36.25 for his or her companion. These tickets, as well as wheelchair locations are sold on a first-come, first-serve basis at the theatre box office only or by calling 212.730.8200. Please be sure to inform the Box Office representative of your seating needs when purchasing tickets.
Restroom Accessibility:
The Palace is equipped with handicapped restrooms on the Orchestra level.
Seat Accessibility:
There are designated wheelchair spaces in the rear of the Orchestra section. This theatre is not equipped with an elevator or escalator.
Services for Physically Challenged:
Theatre representatives are available to meet physically challenged theatergoers in the lobby of the building to escort them to designated handicapped areas.
Policy on Guide Dogs and Service Animals:
Although animals are not permitted in the theatre, an exception is made for guide dogs and service animals. Please inform your ticket sales representative if any accommodations are required.
Sound Enhancement:
Headsets for sound augmentation are available at the theatre, free of charge. Photo identification is required as a deposit.
Patron Security:
For the protection of our patrons, theatre managers and private security personnel are on duty during all performances.
Bag Checks:
Purses, briefcases, and large bags may be inspected upon arrival. For your convenience, we recommend refraining from bringing large bags to the theatre.
